How fast does it arrive?
It ships from our fulfilment center and is dispatched within one business day. Delivery time depends on where you are — you'll see a real estimate for your address at checkout, and a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
Is it bright enough to light my whole room?
No — and it isn't meant to be. It projects one warm sun onto a wall or ceiling. It's an atmosphere light for the evening, not a replacement for your main light. In a dark room the effect is striking; in daylight you'll barely see it.
Can I dim it?
Yes. Brightness is adjustable from the remote, along with all 16 colours and the four effects.
Is there an app?
No, and we think that's a feature. Everything runs from the remote — no account to make, no Bluetooth pairing, no app that stops being updated in two years.
What powers it?
USB — a wall adapter, laptop, or power bank all work. The lamp itself takes no batteries. A USB wall adapter isn't included, since most people already have a spare.
Does it get hot? Can I leave it on overnight?
It draws 5W and stays cool to the touch. Leaving it on overnight is fine.
How big is the projection?
It scales with distance. Close to the wall you get a tight, intense circle; a couple of metres back gives you a large soft sun across the whole surface. Most bedrooms look best around a metre out.
What if I don't like it?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. If it arrives faulty or fails within 12 months, message us and we'll replace it — no need to return the broken one.
